FILLING SYSTEM :

• The weighing machine is equipped with 14 modern and advanced scales From ( High Dream Company)
• The weighting system operates from (1) to (1000) grams, taking into account the volumetric mass of the material.
• The capacity of each scale-pan is 1.5 Liter.
• The control system is provided by a three-languages 10 inch color touch screen.
• Can save 99 different programs.
• The program is simple and easy to adjust and calibrate.
• Equipped with an automatic or manual rest system.
• The ability to control the speed of opening and closing the scale-pans according to the nature of the product to be filled.
• Equipped with a comprehensive testing system for all scale movements.
• The filling tank is equipped with an automatic feeder system (photocell) (SICK – GERMAN ) ( to control the feeding line.
• Equipped with a central circular loader.
• Equipped with 14 horizontal vibrators that can be adjusted and calibrated accurately.
• Equipped with 14 waiting scale-pans that can be removed and installed easily.

• All the parts of the machine that touch the products are made of (Stainless steel 304 ).

PACKAGING GROUP :

• The whole machine is made of (Stainless steel 304) structure + whole main parts
• The machine works with a servo motor system (advanced Italian technology. The movements of forming the packaging with welds are made using servo motors .
• The software for the machine’s work has been programmed in cooperation with the most powerful Korean companies to be a dynamic working and monitoring system .
• The machine is equipped with a 12-inch touch screen from (LS – KOREA) containing 4 languages
(Arabic – English – French – Turkish).
• The machine is equipped with a daily production and monitoring counter with password and a non-zero able working hour counter.
• The machine is equipped with a test system for all machine movements via the control screen.
• Equipped with a memory system for operating programs according to product name or code, with password protection .
• The machine is equipped with a platform for the weighing tower made entirely of (Stainless steel
304) with adjustable bases and balance

• The machine is equipped with a roller termination sensor from the well-established (SICK -GERMAN) company with a roller locking mechanism upon completion
• The machine is equipped with emergency pistons and switches that comply with CE specification
• Attached to the machine is a feeder conveyor line made of (Stainless steel 304), a Turkish-made conveyor belt made of PVC food
