Volumetric System Filling and Packaging Machine, model: CONCORD 5

The latest German technology has been used to manufacture this industrial line,

such as the compressed air systems, drive and control sensors, and optical sensors,

in order to provide good performance, high speed and continuity of work for 24/7.

It is equipped for the purpose of packing the (legumes, beans, sugar, rice, and bulgur).

Filling system:

• The volumetric packing device in this model is designed to be suitable for packing all kinds of legumes, rice and sugar.

• The packing device in this machine is made entirely of food grade stainless steel 304.

• It is equipped with six telescopic cups (measures) that made of food poly amide with mechanical gates (German model) that can be adjusted and calibrated.

• The tank is equipped with a vision hole for the purpose of controlling the quantity of the materials inside the tank, in addition to a sensor to monitor the crossing of the materials.

• The device is equipped with a 750 watt engine + a gearbox made in Italy by VARVEL brand.

• The machine is equipped with an LS Brand inverter for speed control and engine driving.

• The device is equipped with magnetic sensors made in Germany by SICK to monitor the operation of rotating and stopping.

• Weight accuracy (1 kg-5 kg)The process of adjusting and calibrating weight is easy and simple.

        Packaging  Group:

• The external body of the machine is made of food grade stainless steel 304.

• The machine is operated by Pneumatic system (advanced German technology, welding movements are carried out by compressed air).

• The machine is equipped with an electronic touch screen made in Korean LS  Brand with Arabic, English and French languages.

• The machine is equipped with a daily production and control counter with password.

• The machine is equipped with a testing system for all machine movements through the control screen.

• Production capacity // 7 – 14 bags = 5 kg bag  //  // 50 bags – 40 bags = 1 kg bag  //  bags per minute (depending on the weight required, the nature of the material and the dimensions of the bag).

• The bag shape is a pad welded around three sides.

• The bag length is 10 – 36 cm

• Equipped with a modern, advanced, and fast response PLC  device  LS Brand, or as ordered.

• The machine is equipped with 2 inverters LS Brand.

• The machine is equipped with a 750 watt engine CAMAK brand + a gearbox made in Italy by VARVEL brand (Roll pulling).

• The machine is equipped with a 375 watt engine CAMAK brand + a gearbox made in Italy by VARVEL brand (Roll loading).
