It is equipped for the purpose of packing the (Corn Snacks, Pop Corn , Nuts).

Packaging System:

• The working system is fully (mechanized).

• Production capacity // 50 = 65 // bags per minute (depending on the weight required, the nature of the material and the dimensions of the bag).

• The bag shape is a pad welded around three sides.

• The machine is equipped with the best Italian model packing molds  (2 collars)

• The allowed bag width is from 7 cm to 20 cm

• The allowed bag length is from 10 cm to 36 cm

• The machine is equipped with an Italian main engine with a capacity 1500 Watts and an Italian gearbox VARVEL Brand.

• The mechanized system is easy to adjust and calibrate.

• The machine comes with a feeding line made of stainless steel 304 and the conveyor belt is made in Turkey and made of PVC food grade material,

• The machine comes with an Italian model line made of food grade stainless steel 304 to receive the ready containers.

• The weighing machine is equipped with 10 modern and advanced scales (Smart Collection System).

• The weighting system operates from (1) to (1000) grams, taking into account the volumetric mass of the material.

•  The capacity of each scale-pan is 1.5  Liter.

• The control system is provided by a three-languages 10 inch color touch screen.

• Can save 99 different programs.

• The program is simple and easy to adjust and calibrate.

• Equipped with an automatic or manual zeroing system.

• The ability to control the speed of opening and closing the scale-pans according to the nature of the product to be filled.

• Equipped with a comprehensive testing system for all scale movements.

• The filling tank is equipped with an automatic feeder system (photocell) to control the feeding line.

• Equipped with a central circular loader.

• Equipped with 10 horizontal vibrators that can be adjusted and calibrated accurately.
