It is equipped for the purpose of packing the (Corn Snacks, Pop Corn , Nuts).

packing system :

• The volumetric packing device in this model is designed to be suitable for packing Corn Snacks, Pop Corn , Nuts The packing device in this machine is made entirely of food grade stainless steel 304.

• It is equipped with six telescopic cups (measures) that made of food polyamide with mechanical gates (German model) that can be adjusted and calibrated.

• The tank is equipped with a vision hole for the purpose of controlling the quantity of the materials inside the tank, in addition to a sensor to monitor the crossing of the materials.

• The device is equipped with a 750 watt engine + a gearbox made in Italy by VARVEL brand.

• The machine is equipped with an LS Brand inverter for speed control and engine driving.

• The device is equipped with magnetic sensors made in Germany by SICK to monitor the operation of rotating and stopping.

• Weight accuracy (10 g-1000 g)The process of adjusting and calibrating weight is easy and simple.

      Packaging System:

• The working system is fully (mechanized).

• Production capacity // 50 = 65 // bags per minute (depending on the weight required, the nature of the material and the dimensions of the bag).

• The bag shape is a pad welded around three sides.

• The machine is equipped with the best Italian model packing molds  (2 collars)

• The allowed bag width is from 7 cm to 20 cm

• The allowed bag length is from 10 cm to 36 cm

• The machine is equipped with an Italian main engine with a capacity 1500 Watts and an Italian gearbox VARVEL Brand.

• The mechanized system is easy to adjust and calibrate

• The machine comes with a feeding line made of stainless steel 304 and the conveyor belt is made in Turkey and made of PVC food grade material, Or can be equipped with automatic conveyors to distribute the materials to four machines with programmed gates operated by pneumatic system (according to the design of the hall and as needed)

• The machine comes with an Italian model line made of food grade stainless steel 304 to receive the ready containers.
