Packing Group (Pneumatic Pump) :

• The volumetric packing device is designed to be suitable for filling juice

• as well as some types of viscous liquids such as oil, jelly, creams and ointments.

• The packing device in this machine is made entirely of food grade stainless steel 304.

• It is equipped with a pneumatic pump, six pumping heads to fill in six different flavors.

• The machine is equipped with an easy adjustment and calibration to control the amount of juice inside the container.

• The main tank is equipped with a control sensor for the amount of materials inside.

• The device is equipped with an air bag from the German company  FESTO (GERMAN) – SMC (JAPAN)  for suction and pumping.

• The shape of the  envelop is four-tiered welding envelope.

• The allowed width of the envelope is from 4 cm to 5 cm.

• The allowed length of the envelop is from 10 cm to 28 cm.

• All the parts of compressed air operation, such as pistons, valves and accessories are made by the ‎German well-established company FESTO (GERMAN) – SMC (JAPAN)

• The filtering unit (pressure regulation, filtering, and lubrication) is made by the ‎German well-established company FESTO (GERMAN) – SMC (JAPAN)

• Electric parts, such as circuit breakers, switches, electrical protection and control systems are made by the ‎French well-established company SCHNEIDER.

• Equipped with a modern, advanced, and fast response PLC  device from LS, or as required.

• The machine is equipped with one inverter from LS.

• Temperature control devices are made in Korea by AUTONICS with advanced and accurate temperature control, and are equipped with the automatic programming feature.

• The machine is equipped with a color recognition sensor (photocell) by the ‎German well-established company SICK to control the length of the product electronically. It works with all colors.

• The machine is designed to work with all kinds of thermal rolls except the disintegrated polyethylene /PE /

• The machine is equipped with automatic, advanced and easy-to-use roll loading.

• All the parts that touch the product are made of food grade stainless steel 304.
